visionary153 (“we”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits visionary153.com and the product websites we run on its subdomains, including the Lotto Wealthy web at lotto-rich.visionary153.com (together, the “Site”), and complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. This policy covers the Site only; each mobile app made by visionary153 follows its own privacy policy.
1. Information we collect
The Site has no sign-up or input forms, and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name or contact details.
2. Email inquiries
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message in order to reply. We use this information only to answer you and delete it without delay once that purpose is fulfilled.
3. Information processed automatically
The Site is delivered through Cloudflare. To keep the service secure and reliable, Cloudflare may process access logs such as IP address, browser type and time of access.
The Site uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager for visitor statistics. In doing so, Google uses cookies to collect usage data such as the pages you visit, time spent, device and browser information and approximate location. We do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name or contact details.
You can refuse this collection by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The collected data is handled under Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
The Lotto Wealthy web loads the latest winning numbers from GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). In doing so, GitHub may process access logs such as your IP address.
The language you choose (visionary153.com) and your number generation settings (Lotto Wealthy web) are stored only in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) for your next visit and are never sent to a server.
4. Sharing with third parties and international transfer
We do not share personal information with third parties except where required by law.
For visitor statistics, the usage data described in section 3 may be transferred to and stored on servers of Google LLC (United States).
Access logs from the Lotto Wealthy web’s winning-number requests may be processed on servers of GitHub, Inc. (United States).

You may ask at any time to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by email, and we will handle your request without delay.
6. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page with its effective date. We will also update this page before introducing new features such as advertising.
